Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

You are the sparring partner of the management, so that decision-making processes are no obstacle for all projects.

YOUR TASKS

You will promote a performance-oriented marketing approach, including the development of a corresponding data, analytics and reporting structure. Thereby you can fully live out your online marketing skills, but you can also expect exciting tasks in the marketing team.

Planning, conceptual design and implementation of online marketing strategies in the B2B and B2C environment to increase awareness and demand
Development and continuous optimization of digital marketing measures with a focus on SEO and SEA incl. analysis and monitoring
Coordination of technical SEO with developers (architecture, performance, page errors, etc.)
Regular creation of reports

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Business-oriented studies (business administration/marketing/business informatics) or comparable practical experience through a lateral entry
A very good understanding of a target and key figure oriented way of working as well as strong analytical skills
Sound knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads and the use of common tools in this area (Sistrix, Xovi, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, TermLabs etc.)
Experience in A/B and usability testing
HTML and CSS are not foreign words for you
fast comprehension, structured way of working, high resilience and assertiveness
you are creative and communicative and have a confident and self-assured appearance
More than two years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in the IT industry is desirable
Good knowledge of German and English
