The B2B suite of Shopware is used in this shop and was additionally individualized by us to adapt the plugin optimally to the business model and the organizational and administrative structures.

memolife.de is the online shop for private customers who want to buy sustainable, ecological and fair. The product range offers an extensive selection of excellent articles. memolife.de is thus the B2C online shop we have implemented.

memo-werkeartikel.de opens completely new dimensions in advertising. The advertising novelty Shop of the memo AG offers unusual individualizable products, in order to win customers for itself can. By the "Redhotmagma configurator" Plugin written by us, which represents the interface between the Shop and the configurator, a simple configuration of its desire commodity is made possible for the customer.
SHIPPING SYSTEM WITH THE BLUE ANGEL, THE MEMO BOX.
To ensure consistent sustainability, memo AG offers a unique reusable shipping system, the so-called "memo Box". memo's customers have the option of having their goods sent to them in the memo boxes at no extra charge, in order to jointly contribute to waste avoidance.
It has been awarded the Blue Angel because of its sustainability and resource-saving reusability, which means that hundreds of thousands of shipping boxes are no longer needed.

PROJECT PROGRESS AND HIGHLIGHTS.
We were able to celebrate 3 live performances with memo AG! memolife.de had its Go-Live in April 2018, memo.de in July 2018 and memo-werbeartikel.de in October 2018, but even after the live performances, the online presences will continue to develop.
In this course we would like to present you a few special features of the development of the three shops, starting with the similarities. The shop s enable an organized and individual shopping experience in the checkout area with the split shopping cart (custom checkout). Depending on the contents of the shopping cart, the items are divided into groups, for example, shipping items are listed separately so that individual shipping options can be selected here. The products are thus segmented into intelligent and efficient groupings.
In all shops you will find our elio FACT-Finder plugin, for a quick search for relevant products. The plugin offers an auto-complete search, precise article output in the navigation, and a comprehensive suggestion output in the shop. The search function is personalized and only displays content that is really interesting and relevant for the customer.
In addition, our elio Packstation plugin is used, which generates the delivery addresses via the API interface of the post office. The customer has the possibility to select a Packstation as alternative delivery address for excellent shipping conditions in case nobody is at home.
Our elio Webservice interface is also used. This interface ensures that the data from the shop, such as customer or order data, is transferred directly to the internal ERP system. In addition, the plugin performs address validation and sales tax validation.
The elio Tonerfinder Plugin is also used in the online presences. Through the toner inventor you will find e.g. suitable printer accessories like printer cartridges and toner cartridges for inkjet, multifunction or laser printers. You choose your manufacturer and model and immediately get suitable and individual results.
Another special feature is the integration and validation check of the green purchase number. This is a bonus system for sustainable living. Furthermore we have integrated our elio monitoring plugin to monitor the cron jobs.
memo.de is a pure B2B online shop for business customers, which was realized by our extended B2B shopware plugin. Finally, to offer private customers the possibility to shop ecologically, sustainably and fairly, the B2C solution memolife.de is available.
Since that is not enough, memo-werbeartikel.de convinces with fancy customizable products. Personalization or individualization is possible with the elio product configurator plugin.
In all online presences, attention was paid to excellent usability with user-generated and personalised product recommendations.
