Was ist ein Multishop?

A multishop is a central eCommerce platform that can be used to centrally manage several independent online shops - for different countries, brands or target groups, for example. Each shop can be designed individually, but all run on a common technical basis and can be maintained and controlled centrally.

A multi-shop system controls several independent shops centrally - ideal for brands, countries or partner platforms. A shop-in-shop, on the other hand, integrates brand or partner areas within an existing shop.

Not necessarily. Many platforms already offer multishop functionalities out of the box - keyword multishop Shopware. OXID Multishop solutions can also be implemented directly and fairly quickly. We also realise Multishop Shopify setups for suitable scenarios. We work across all technologies and always choose the platform that best suits your requirements.

This depends heavily on the scope and complexity. Many systems such as Shopware, OXID and HCL already include multishop functions - this saves you a lot of time and money. The costs for implementation and customisation vary depending on the requirements. We will be happy to advise you individually!

Yes, if the technological basis is in place, we can cleanly transfer existing shops into a multishop architecture or integrate them seamlessly.

Depending on the scope of the project, we start at around three months. The duration and effort involved depend, among other things, on how many shops are to be implemented and which functions are required (e.g., individual payment methods with different prices, shipping methods, taxes, domains, legal requirements, languages, and currencies, or SEO for country shops).

A multi-shop system brings considerable synergy effects: Centralised administration, shared infrastructure and less maintenance - but still individual design options for each shop.
