Guided Sessions
Guided in real time: The sales employee creates a customised product presentation via the Shopware CMS "Worlds of Experience". This can include landing pages, listing pages and product detail pages. Customers are invited by email and take part via their customer account or as a guest. The session takes place as a video conference with co-browsing, screen sharing and direct product interaction. After the appointment, the presentation is automatically converted into a self-guided version.
