Digitization premium (Baden-Württemberg)
- The digitization of production, processes, products and services is promoted
- Young companies and freelance professions with up to 100 employees are eligible to apply
- Low-interest loan with repayment subsidy: up to 100% of the eligible costs. Minimum gross loan amount: €10,000, maximum amount: €100,000
- Term variants: 5 years with 0/1 redemption-free year, 7 years with 0-2 redemption-free years, 10 years with 0-2 redemption-free years
Innovation financing 4.0 (Baden-Württemberg)
- Funding is available for projects for the digitalization of production processes and products. The projects must lead to a new application in the company.
- Newly founded companies, freelance professions and KMUs are eligible to apply
- Loan: up to 100% of the eligible costs. Minimum gross loan amount: €10,000, maximum loan €5 million
- Term variants: 5 years, with 0/ 1 redemption-free year, 7 years, with 0-2 redemption-free years, 10 years, with 0, 1 / 2 redemption-free years
ERP digitization and innovation loan (nationwide)
- Funding is provided for investments and operating resources. In these areas: innovative companies, digitization projects and new developments of products, processes and services.
- KMUs are eligible to apply
- Loan: min. €25,000 per project, max. €25 million per innovation and digitalization project, max. €7.5 million per innovative company project. Up to 100% of the eligible costs are financed.
Digitalbonus Lower Saxony (Lower Saxony)
- Funding is provided for investments in IKT hardware and software as well as the introduction or improvement of IT security
- KMUs and craft businesses are eligible to apply
- Subsidy: max. 10,000€. small companies 25% and medium-sized companies 30%
Innovation voucher (Baden-Württemberg)
- Funding is provided for research and development activities in the context of the realization of digital products and services, such as solutions for the digital transformation of business models, networking of systems and processes, smart services or simulation models
- Companies with a maximum of 100 employees and € 20 million turnover/balance sheet total are eligible to apply. In addition, companies with up to 250 employees and €50 million in turnover or €43 million in total assets are eligible to apply if they implement their project with a start-up as an R&D service provider.
- Grant: up to €20,000 up to a maximum of 50% of expenditure.
Digitalstarter Saarland (Saarland)
- Funding is provided for the introduction of new digital systems and the improvement of IT security.
- KMUs are eligible to apply
- Subsidy: up to 10,000, up to 35% for small companies, up to 20% for medium-sized companies
Thuringia Digitalbonus (Thuringia)
- Funding is available for expenditure on services provided by external providers for digitization projects with significant progress in the areas of digitization: Digitization of operational processes, digitization of products and services and introduction or improvement of information and data security solutions
- KMUs are eligible to apply
- Funding: The grant amounts to up to 50% of the eligible expenditure, up to a maximum of €15,000.
