The initial situation

Promotional material campaigns are part of the daily business at Konzertbüro Bahl. However, as the number of locations and campaigns grew, analogue processes were reaching their limits. There was a lack of overview - both in the field and at the head office.

The project: Onfield as its own field service app - developed from the ground up

In spring 2025, the company decided to take a radical step towards digitalisation and quality assurance - and is now a pioneer in the event industry. With the app we developed, Konzertbüro Bahl is entering a new era of automation and quality assurance.

What the app can do

The process has been rethought. The result: a completely self-developed field service app for field service teams - with a clear connection to the head office. The focus was on a simple process in the field: open the app, record the location and upload a photo.

The evidence was automatically enriched so that it is not just "digital" but really reliable:

GPS-based location check,

so that it is clear where the evidence originated.

Instant photo upload,

so that receipts do not disappear on devices.

Central synchronisation,

so that the control centre can see what is happening in real time.

Automatic assignment

to campaigns and booking numbers so that nothing is left "loose".

Dashboards and analyses

for fast control and clean exports.

AI-supported validation,

recognises discrepancies and marks them conspicuously.

In addition, all team members were made productive within a few days through a customised training course. The intuitive user interface enables even less tech-savvy users to use the app immediately in their day-to-day work.

In short, the app doesn't just replace paper. It ensures that data belongs together - automatically.
