In doing so, we rely on various established technologies such as Shopware, HCL Commerce (formerly IBM WebSphere Commerce), OXID eSales, Shopify Plus and Ibexa. For digital topics such as a marketplace, online shop, interfaces, app, IoT, data integration, hosting, performance optimisation, UX/UI design, online marketing and much more, elio is the right address.
These are your tasks
- Management and control of a specialist team of developers
- Consultancy, planning, implementation and support of enterprise IT and software projects (multi-project management) with customers
- Creation of detailed concepts, cost estimates, project plans, reports and documentation
- Project controlling
- Quality assurance and testing
- Commercial responsibility for existing customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and further development of customers
What we want from you
- A successful degree, training or comparable practical experience in project management through a lateral entry
- An understanding of commercial contexts
- A passion for multi-project management (managing several projects in parallel) as well as for consulting and presenting and/or for customers
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce or platform systems such as Shopware, Oxid eSales, Ibexa or comparable systems as well as general knowledge of e-commerce is helpful
- Knowledge of project management methods such as Scrum, Kanban and milestone project management
- Knowledge of CRM systems and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Soft skills such as organisational talent, communication skills, initiative, reliability and diligence are important
- Good written and spoken German (at least C1) and English (at least C1), other language skills such as French or Spanish are also welcome
